Role IntroductionReports to: Senior Solution Lead
You will join the Information Technology team, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high‑quality software solutions that support business strategy and transformation initiatives.
This role focuses on translating business and system requirements into clear functional and technical specifications, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise standards.
You will gain hands‑on exposure to enterprise application development, HRMS transformation projects, and modern delivery frameworks, while strengthening your system analysis, solution design, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse business and system requirements and assess solution options from a system perspective
- Translate requirements into clear, traceable functional and technical specifications
- Support solution design by contributing detailed technical expertise to ensure feasibility of high‑level design decisions
- Participate in hands‑on technical development and implementation activities
- Provide level 2 and level 3 support for in‑production systems and manage end‑user expectations
- Review application development vendors’ work on development and implementation activities
- Oversee and quality‑assure solution components to ensure compliance with internal standards and requirements
- Contribute to and adhere to development standards and frameworks
- Collaborate with other IM domains to drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Keep abreast of the business strategy, business plan and latest industrial trend
Requirements- A minimum of 6 years of IT with at least 3 years in application development and support
- Tertiary qualifications are essential
- Hands‑on technical experience in SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle PeopleSoft, or other HRMS application development
- With proven experience in supporting HRMS transformation project
- Experience working in an Agile delivery environment is an advantage
- Knowledge of Hong Kong Employee Ordinance and Employee Compensation Ordinance is beneficial
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to apply logical and creative thinking, perform effective troubleshooting, and identify patterns and improvement opportunities
- Good understanding of technology concepts, trends and capabilities
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
